QFlow #5 used as part of a private stretch and relaxation hour for a zoom client warrior
I am a high energy type of person, trainer and instructor so my workouts the classes I teach are loud, fun, sweaty and can get pretty intense but just in the last year I’ve learned to harness the simple movements that help my body recover better and in turn it has given me the ability to help my clients combat their high stress living.
