2020年被報料，香港田灣石排灣道83～103號，
會拆卸，已搭棚。2021年，又暫不拆，棚已拆。
據說，有店舖不願意離開。
看到這些唐樓，是50／60年前feel吧。
大部份店舖都撤退了。
以前，可能享有海景。
晚上，便清楚大部份住戶都撤退了。
正常舊樓的壽命約為60～80年。

Reported in 2020, 83-103 Shek Pai Wan Road, Tin Wan, would be demolished and a shed had been built. In 2021, the shed has not been demolished yet.
It is said that some shops are reluctant to leave.
Seeing these tenement houses, it feels like 50/60 years ago.
Most of the shops have retreated.
In the past, there might be sea view.
At night, it became clear that most of the residents had retreated.
The life span of a normal old building is about 60 to 80 years.
