Texas AG Steps Into The Arena! THREATENS SUIT Against Biden Admin!

In the flurry of EOs signed by Biden yesterday, was a freeze on all deportations.
Really.

So, Texas' AG Ken Paxton sent a letter warning the FED to either walk back the EO, or they'll be in court facing lawsuits. I'm sure they'll take it to court, because Biden won't back down on this with Republicans - He'll only cave to Dems & communists. That said, it's great to see Texas standing for America First.
