How to lift you're spirits

Don't let the sun go down on your pity party, lift up your spirit instead.
Psalms 121 verse one is a great start to lifting your spirit. When you are down, the best way to get back up is dig into your Bible and prayer.

Prayer:
Our dear Heavenly father we want greatness of life in order that we may live it through ourselves and that we made disseminated it other people. So take us Lord, and drive out every destructive quality and fill us with that marvelous radiant power that is Jesus Christ ..Lift up the thoughts and our eyes and our hopes and our dreams and our very selves under the hills from whence cometh the help to Jesus Christ our Lord, amen.
