home made chicken nuggets and sweet and sour sauce

well come back to the channel guys i hope you guys enjoy and don't be afraid to leave recommendations down below if there is something that you would like me to try out or put my own twist on it, ( and don't for get to like comment , and subscribe if you enjoy the content!!)

for the chicken nuggets recipe it all depends on how much your making and what youd like it to taste like but here is just what i used ( i didnt really measure any of it):

flour (use what you have on hand)
garlic powder
onion powder
paprika ( optional i just use it for color)
these above ingredients are for just the dry mix.

now for the wet batter i used :
3 eggs ( i don't think you'll need that many for one chicken breast but it was a safety net for me )
and a little garlic powder ( this is optional for you )

now as promised the sweet and sour recipe you will need the following:
1/4 cup peach preserves
1/4 cup apricot preserves
2 tbs light corn syrup
5 tsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp yellow mustard
1/4tsp salt ( i did not use this ingredient but feel free to use it if you'd like)
1/8 tsp garlic powder ( i did not measure this i just pored some in )
1 1/2 tsp corn starch
2 tbs cold water
