Dairy Free Gluten Free Aunt Cathy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Every Christmas we have Aunt Cathy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad instead of a cranberry salad. You have the nice crunch of the pretzels and the smooth creamy "cream cheese" filling with the strawberries. The salty and sweet tastes combine to make this one yummy dish! Gather your ingredients and cook with me!

Ingredients:
1 bag gluten free pretzels
1/4 c sugar
1 c dairy free butter
8 oz dairy free cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1/2 tub of Cocowhip
1 c boiling water
1 large strawberry jello
2 1/2 c sliced fresh or frozen strawberries
1 1/2 tubs of Cocowhip
