South Dakota's governor, Kristi Noem did not lock down her state, close businesses or require face masks of her constituents for the entire COVID-19 mass-media created pandemic. This video shows the COVID-19 data for South Dakota as of mid-January, 2021 and compares it to a similarly sized state - Maine, a state that did lock down early, imposed business restrictions and now suffers under government mandated face mask use in public, regardless of proximity to other people.
