A key to manifesting your dreams and realizing you can have them is to feel as if you already do
Open your hand and imagine what you want being put in your hand, you can imagine the actual object or representation of what you desire
It can be a thing, a situation, or even a feeling
What represents that to you can be anything, a pile of gold in your hand, a color that reminds you of success, maybe a shape that feels like happiness or love to you
Once you can feel it in your hand, close your hand around it as if accepting it, then bring it to your chest as you inhale and accept that gift into your heart and life
Feel that wonderful feeling of receiving and having, do this often

While Peterson does speak of the value of morals, religion, and Carl Jung’s psychological shadow work, he shies away from Zen and the more metaphysical of heart-brain coherence that is common to Gregg Braden and Dr. Joe Dispenza or the overall spiritual growth and law of attraction Wayne Dyer emphasizes.
I bring all these elements into my work either overtly or subtly. They are all important and part of making a person whole, healthy, and happy. In my thinking I see very fuzzy lines, if any at all, between Philosophy, Psychology, and Spirituality. They are all part of who we are as individuals and part of a greater collective.
