How To Make Dakkangjeong

Today I am presenting you with Dakkanjeong also popularly knowns as Korean Fried Chicken made from the absolutely delicious gochujang sauce!

I first tried Dakkanjeong back in highschool where along with a friend we hosted an international food fair showcasing alot of international food and their cultures.

My friends mom made this for the fair and I fell in love with it, till this day I have never eaten a Dakkanjeong as good as hers!
