Will Emergency Broadcast System Be Implemented at 8am, Jan. 20th??, 3465

Good morning, I’m still reporting on the coup.
There are a lot of snippets floating around out there that could bring good tidings and joy to what I would estimate to be about 70% of the American voting population – not counting voting machines.
I’m not going to mention names because 24 hours from now if this doesn’t work out the way these folks sincerely believe it will, they will be unnecessarily humiliated.
So just take these with a grain of salt for the next 24 hours.
On one smaller livestream yesterday, a commenter in to the show said – and I’m paraphrasing from memory here:
I am an engineer at a medium sized television station in the Midwest and have been for 30 years. Yesterday, two guys from the FCC came in along with two guys with badges and wanted to speak to the general manager.
They told him that as of 0:800 hours on Monday January 20th, all of our programming would be preempted for 72 hours with the broadcast over the emergency broadcast system. He also said that should he not comply, he would be liable for criminal prosecution.
At that point, the manager moved the conversation into his office and closed the door, but I could see through his window that he was getting very choked up and happily emotional. I don't know what was said, and afterwards the GM said the conversation was classified, but I do know that we are planning on preempting our regularly scheduled programming at 8:00 AM on Wednesday morning.
Could this be the long awaited, military style briefing reminiscent of the one given during the Cuban missile crisis?
Will Trump actually depart the White House as currently scheduled at 8:00 AM tomorrow? Certainly, Fox News is still assuming that the President will depart on schedule tomorrow. They have even created a special set overlooking Lafayette park and the White House in anticipation of it.
This just in, blowing another rumor to smithereens: Special Forces did not enter the Capitol Building with the rioters to seize Nancy Pelosi’s laptop:

And finally, this just in from the Washington Times. Hillary Clinton, on her podcast – she has a podcast? – has floated a conspiracy theory that President Trump may have been on the phone with Russian President Vladimir Putin during the Jan. 6 Capitol riot.
Clinton said:
“I would love to see his phone records to see whether he was talking to Putin the day the insurgents invaded our Capitol.
