My name is Alice coppers and I am a licensed clinical social worker for over 30 years in the largest institutes in California. Such as pelican Bay State prison (5500 beds), Corcoran State prison (5500 beds), and Atascadero State Hospital in San Luis Obispo California (3500 beds)

The main focus of this podcast is to summarize scientific evidence and research from all over the world about natural medicine for mental health. With the coming of the Internet we no longer have to travel to libraries throughout the world to do the research. Big Pharma has only been around for 60 to 70 years. What did we do before that?

Alternative medicine has few side effects and cost far less than pharmaceuticals. But explaining how the interactions at the cellular level affect your thinking will help you to lead a healthier life and avoid the high cost of healthcare. Taking healthcare into your own hands is one of the most important things you can do in your life more important than money.

Here are some of the topics we will cover in this podcast. Depression , anxiety , ADHD , autism , traumatic brain injuries , PTSD , physical and verbal abuse , and violent offenders and domestic violence .
We Will be looking at the following topics from the cellular level. Today’s medicine separates the brain from the spinal cord from the rest of the body. Yet, we know they’re all connected and deeply involved in survival.
Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Autism, TBI- traumatic brain injury, PTSD, Verbal/ physical abuse, and violent offenders/ domestic violence.
According to the medical journals the causes of depression are the following:
*. Genetic
*. Changes in brain neurotransmitters
*. Environmental Factors (lack of sunshine)
* psycho- Social Stressors
*. Dual diagnosis or other major mental illness present
A meta-analysis by Shadrina-( 2018) Of twins from birth shows creditability at 37%, and inter-familial studies at 12%; Thus hereditary Only accounts for 15-20%. Studies also show in the US that 16.9% of adults are diagnosed with depression whereas in Japan it is only 3%. Why is there such a big difference in to first world countries? Perhaps it is not hereditary but learning theory and how we learn to react to situations and stressors? If we have a highly dramatic I’m prepared lack of experience individual in a disaster, how do you think they will react? They will not except change easily they will become depressed because they want things to go back the same way they were before which may never happen. And how does this account for the explanation of a shortage of hormones causing depression? Because the body is divided into sections and mental health cannot talk about anything below the head. it is difficult To explain how the thyroid controls your hormones not your brain(Panahi, 2015). (Soloman, 2015).
This podcast will focus on the biological and cellular research and compare it with current psychology and their research to show that talk therapy doesn’t work very well unless the biological causes are addressed first.
According to the American psychiatric Association one of the major causes of depression is hormone in balance. However this is a symptom and not a cause. What causes hormone in balance according to Dr. Stephanie Senoff MD ( from MIT), Who has over 30 years of research in the United States which shows the causes of life say otherwise known as Round Up.

Glyphosate destroys the Shikosate Pathway (amerheim, 1980). It was believed that only plants suffered, and mammals were spared from this disruption but later proven incorrect mammals do have the same pathway from the pancreas(Erie, 2017).
In this pathway the synthesis of amino acids occurs. However with round up the EPSPS ( an enzyme in Round Up) blocks this process. When it’s blocked the plant dies, no mention of what happens to humans.(Bercerill, 1989). Life estate patented as anti-microbial (Monsanto, 2010) has shown to disrupt that bacteria causing an overgrowth of pathogen’s(Maes, 2011). Thus depression is an inflammatory disease (Keon, 2017).?
One of the safest and most effective treatments for detoxing from heavy metals is chlorella vulgaris. Analogy that attracts heavy metals and removes them from the body(Yuen’s, 2014). NASA has used chlorella and Spira Lena both super foods since 1965. If you take a tour of the space station you will see there is no medical facility and no medical treatment mentioned.If you take a tour of the space station you will see there is no medical facility and no medical treatment mentioned So what did the astronauts do if they get ill or injured? They must take care of it themselves inside of their space suit and they use Carella and spare Alina because it make sure immune system 35 times stronger.
