檀島咖啡餅店在1940年開業。
中環店在2017年3月結業。
來試蛋撻奶茶，HK＄33.00。
奶茶普通，未有驚喜。
微熱蛋撻，酥皮很酥，與蛋一起，非常好味。
檀島蛋撻有192層酥皮，比普通的100層多，特別鬆化香酥。
跟老闆娘說，這蛋撻是香港最好味的。
她說，可能是我們歷史悠久吧。
真正令人很滿足，是香港之寶。

The Central store closed in March 2017.
Come and try egg tart ＆ milk tea, HK$33.00.
Milk tea is ordinary, no surprise.
The egg tart is slightly hot, the puff pastry is very crisp, together with the egg, it tastes very good.
Tell the lady boss that this egg tart is the best in Hong Kong.
She said, maybe we have a long history.
It is truly satisfying and a treasure of Hong Kong.
