Boot stripe primer gets painted on.

This part of the project was a mistake. I was given a product call 'Tar'. I didn't have enough to cover the entire bottom and I'm glad I didn't. I put this product all along the boot stripe and on the rudder. In the time since, the product has flaked off of the rudder taking everything above it (copper coat) with it :(
