Why doesn’t Apple ban itself?

If Apple banned Parler for being used by criminals to communicate, then why doesn’t Apple ban the iPhone if criminals use the iPhone to plan and to carry out crimes they commit? Why doesn’t Apple ban Twitter and Facebook of Crimea are committed with and through them?
