This video is about my weight loss journey and how I lost 116 lbs in six months through dieting, no exercise, just controlling my choleric intake.

In the video I discuss my personal journey including how I started intermittently fasting and worked my way to fasting 23 hours a day (OMAD).

I chose to make this life change because I had reached over 450lbs and needs to make a change for my family and myself. This choice of intermittent fasting and OMAD is what I have found works best for me and my lifestyle.

In conclusion, I’m doing this to better my life for me and my family and hope to inspire and help people along the way! Is there anybody out there who is in this journey as well? Any tips or any questions for me are all welcome!
