Here I am presenting the fourth of the six sections that make up a typical ChiBall class. Watch for the other sections to come. One of the things that is important to note while doing pilates is that the moves are slow and they do not need to be big moves to make a difference.

I was drawn to ChiBall because of this versatility of movements and that movements can be adjusted to each individuals needs. Always consult with your doctor before starting this, or any other, program.
