PRESSURE COOKING HALF WAY WILL SPEED UP THE PROCEES AND WILL NOT COMPROMISE THE TASTE.

INGREDIENTS:

2 LBS. BOTTOM ROUND BEEF ( OR WHATEVER PORTION OF THE BEEF YOU LIKE, JUST FOLLOW THE PROCESS).

MARINATING SAUCE:
2 TABLESPOONS FRESH LEMON JUICE
2 TABLESPOONS SOY SAUCE
1 TABLESPOON CHICKEN POWDER
1 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER
3 CLOVES OF GARLIC MINCED
1 BAY LEAF
"MARINATE THE MEAT FOR 1 HOUR".

SAUTEING: INGREDIENTS:
3 CLOVES OF GARLIC, MINCED
2 CUPS OF WATER
ADD THE ONIONS WHEN THE MEAT IS ALREADY TENDER.
1 LARGE YELLOW ONION, SLICED INTO RINGS (NOT TOO THIN AND NOT TOO THICK)
