4-5 CLOVES GARLIC (MINCED)
4 TABLESPOONS COOKING OIL
(4 CUPS WATER AND 1/2 TEASPOON SEA SALT ) FOR BLANCHING THE BROCCOLI.

SAUCE:
1/2 CUP OF WATER
2 TABLESPOON SOY SAUCE
1 TEASPOON CHICKEN POWDER
1/2 TEASPOON GROUND BLACK PEPPER
1 TABLESPOON CORNSTARCH

MARINADE SAUCE:
2 TABLESPOON OYSTER SAUCE
1 TEASPOON SESAME OIL
2 TABLESPOON SOY SAUCE
1 TABLESPOON CORNSTARCH
1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA ( TO HELP TENDERIZE THE MEAT)
1/2 TEASPOON GROUND BLACK PEPPER
