Remembering The BLIZZARD of 2018 ... Global Warming ?

We have years with big snows and for a 10 year period, I remember living in New York City, we had very mild winters. As a kid, I remember climbing over 5-10' piles to get out of my building. Who knows what's in store. With a country in chaos, will we be prepared to handle major weather catastrophes ?
