Open Feeding Honeybees

Open feeding sugar syrup to ravenous honeybees to get the hives heavy for winter. These girls sure are noisy eaters! I made these feeders from storage totes with a bath mat in the bottom to minimize drowning bees. Joe May has a video on their construction on his Little Bits Honey Bees Channel.
