January 6th DC - A Man named "Hayah" describes being in the stairwell where a woman was shot

I came across this man named "Hayah" telling his story to journalist Joshua Phillip. Taking the video I found this man's description of police to be a bit odd - he seemed to be trying to incite more people to become angry at police for the shooting. His attitude toward police seemed odd, his dress seemed odd (he also had a gas mask), and it seemed odd that he was walking around looking for more people to tell his story to. Here he's telling Joshua Phillips, and I've also seen videos of this guy being interviewed by Brandon Straka. Interested to see what happens to this guy and who he is.
