Bill Gates CIA Briefing On Vaccinating Religious Fanatics As Cure

In 2005 Bill Gates is seemingly speaking and briefing the CIA on a potential plan to "vaccinate religious fanatics" in the middle east. But this is more far reaching than the middle east alone and can have dire consequences for the entire world population that practice any religion.
