Why does Pak Army continue to kill Hazara Shias in Pakistan?

On January 3, 2021 eleven Hazara Shias were murdered at Macch in occupied Balochistan. After this massacre Hazara Shias blocked roads and protested for six days. They said this killing was carried out on the instructions of Pakistani regime and demanded that Pak PM Imran Khan Niazi must come to meet them. Hazara Shias want this genocide to end.
