Vice President Mike Pence roundly rejected Speaker Pelosi’s call for invoking the 25th amendment. With the 25th Amendment off the table, on to impeachment.
Incitement as a legal issue is difficult to prove. However, impeachment is not a legal issue, it is a politics issue.
