New stimulus bill likely not enough to avoid evictions nationwide

The benefits from the new stimulus package likely won't be enough to keep many renters in their homes once the eviction moratorium expires. Zillow estimates the average out-of-work renter is still spending 43% of their benefits on rent compared to 80% before the new relief bill.
