First question was can a president be impeached after he has left office?

Joe was then asked that even if impeached, the punishment of being barred from holding future office is not mandatory, it’s only optional.

Joe was then asked whether VP Mike Pence can actually invoke the 25th amendment which could remove the president for incapacitation.

Joe was then asked if a re-impeachment might just serve the President’s purposes because it might give him a chance to air the evidence that the breakin of the Congress prevented Republican Senators from presenting as evidence.

Joe was then asked what sort of pressure has he come under as a member of the President’s legal team?

Then Joe was asked if a former president can be stripped of his right to having llifetime Secret Service protection – as some Democrats have suggested.

Joe was then asked if the removal of Parler is legal.

Joe was then asked about an editor at Forbes urging companies not to hire former Trump officials. And ABC News’ political division saying that the nation needed to be cleansed of all Trump influences going forward.
