I have a great cheesecake recipe again today.

1 glass of warm milk (200ml).
1 egg.
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil (30 ml).

Mix well.
1 teaspoon of salt (6g).
Knead the dough again.
Leave the dough to rest (30-40 min)
Grate 200g suluguni or cheddar cheese.
100-120g mozzarella or feta cheese.
Knead the dough in flour a little.
Form a cake.
Place 1/2 part of the cheese in the center.
Form a cake.
Brush with yolk (1 pc).
Sprinkle with cheese on top.
We send to the oven for 40-45 min 180C.
