Cardio is important to staying healthy! I prefer to do different things for cardio like this Quickpuncher for example. This improves hand eye coordination , head movement , footwork which needs some more work, and it just feels good to be able to hit something. With the stress of having my businesses impacted especially having to close the Iron Forged Gym due to Covid-19 this was one of my go to stress relievers after weight training.
