4 WEEK KETO RESULTS | How I lost 18 Pounds in 4 Weeks

Guys, I cannot believe how well this keto diet works. Never in my life did I think I'd be able to lose 18 pounds in 4 weeks! Also, I apologize in advance for the fact that this video is cut a little bit choppy. This isn't my usual type of video and I was super nervous to share, the entire time I kept saying "Ummm" and "So", I tried my best to trim the most of that out.
