20 lb of London broiler, cubed. Braised beef and roasted potatoes in Burgundy and Brandy, smothered in sauteed mushrooms, and onions with brown gravy. Six cups of Burgundy and six shots of Brandy throughout. The entire process: 2 hours, to prep, 24-hour marinade, 2 1/2 hours to cook and time to drink 😏!
