Part 7 is more of a tip for training back. I like to use what's called figure 8 straps. A lot of times when your back gets tired your biceps will take over. The figure 8 straps allow you to really feel the movement, and takes the biceps out of any exercise/machine. Give them a try and let us know how it works by leaving a comment below!
