Homemade Carne Guisada on the Grill!

One thing I absolutely love in the winter time is carne guisada. Not all recipes are alike but if you are from the central/south Texas area, you know what the TexMex version should taste like! This recipe is fantastic and was a lot of fun to make on the grill. This can be done on stovetop as well! Recipe below!

3 lbs stew beef
1 medium onion chopped
4 medium potatoes chopped
1 can of chicken broth
1 tomato or 1 can of diced tomatoes
1 tsp of garlic
2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of black pepper
3 tsp of cumin
