Bury the Hatchet (Part 1) - Behind the Bow

Bury the Hatchet is a two part film series that takes place on public lands in Wisconsin and the Midwest. Skylar Sommers (a Marine Corps veteran) shares his story on his quest for a public land whitetail with the bow.

Skylar and his friend Curtis Zabel take foot to the public lands in Southwest Wisconsin in search of a trophy whitetail on public lands during Skylar's time home on leave. After years of public land bowhunting, Skylar finally catches up with a deer, which would be his first buck in 7 years with his bow.

After a dramatic sequence of events, things look grim for Behind the Bow and Curtis and Skylar's friendship. Bury the Hatchet (Part 2) will be released late September which finishes the story on how Behind the Bow re emerges with a little help from above.
