Buying IPO Stocks

Going over how to get IPO stocks and see how you can project throughout the year to see when they come out. Now my views on IPO investing is a bit here and there but basically each company has to be analyzed. When the stock opens, I always wait to see whats happening and build up so momentum. IPO trading can be a roller coaster so I like to take my time and not jump in till I see the momentum, for the most part I do avoid trading IPOs cause in my past I been burnt trading them but I have seen many IPOs take off and made some really good gains.

Initial Public offering (IPO) ~ refers to the process of offering shares of a private corporation to the public in a new stock issuance. Public share issuance allows a company to raise capital from public investors. The transition from a private to a public company can be an important time for private investors to fully realize gains from their investment as it typically includes share premiums for current private investors. Meanwhile, it also allows public investors to participate in the offering.

Prior to an IPO, a company is considered private. As a private company, the business has grown with a relatively small number of shareholders including early investors like the founders, family, and friends along with professional investors such as venture capitalists or angel investors.
