Mark Amick told a Georgia Senate committee at a Dec. 3 election hearing that during the recount on Nov. 15, he noticed the count numbers from a box of ballots to be significantly wrong. He raised his concerns to the workers, manager and the county election director, and eventually the ballots were counted again. "The total for Biden ended up being 1,081, not 10,707 as initially submitted and signed off on by the two counters to be going into the system. So 9,626 vote difference, pretty significant," said Amick.
