Maricopa County Poll Observer Alleges Lack of Criteria for Walk Up Voter Registration

Maricopa County, Arizona poll observer Anna Orth alleges she had to allow people to vote who had lived in Arizona for 2-3 weeks. A lot of people had addresses from two apartment complexes. A homeless man who voted was registered at a homeless shelter 20 miles away from her precinct.
