Dr. Judith Burns, Maricopa County tabulation & election center observer & poll watcher says at the Arizona State Legislature hearing on Nov. 30,2020, that she was very concerned that they were not allowed to see the tabulation center, signatures that don't match would be counted anyway, and ballot envelopes were being taped with masking tape for the entire day.
