Jesse Binnall, attorney represent President Trump’s Nevada electors, Nevada Election hearing, Dec. 3.

Mr. Binnall Also described witness testimony that there was no security on the voting machines or the USB portable drives and that drives could be checked out. They weren’t encrypted or password protected. In some cases the drives would be checked out and the number of votes on them were changed. He said that it was possible for anyone to change the votes on the USB drives. Laptops were also connected to the voting machines, making them vulnerable to hackers. Finally, the machines could not be inspected for security or integrity because the manufacturer claimed the privacy of the intellectual property could be violated.
