Dr. Joel Wallach begins the show discussing the overall numbers of Covid 19 infections and deaths. Comparing the populations of Nigeria and Brazil as far as infections and deaths. Stating that those eating wheat and other gluten containing foods can make infections worse. Contending the gluten destroys the villi in the small intestines. Compromising the ability to make white blood cells and platelets to fight off the virus.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article regarding a study from the Mayo Clinic. Analyzing the results of 40 previous studies comprised of more than 1 million particpants. Finding that those who consumed dairy products were more likely to get prostate cancer. While those eating a mostly plant based diet were less likely to get prostate cancer. One study found that after two years those eating a conventional Western diet 27% had to undergo prostate cancer treatments. While those consuming the plant based diet only 5% needed conventional prostate cancer treatments.
