Microsoft believes the Xbox controller drift lawsuit should be settled outside of court

A lawsuit was filed against Microsoft in April 2019 about the joycon drifting issues that Xbox controllers sometimes have after a period of wear and tear, and the lawsuit claims that the cause behind the issue is a design flaw by Microsoft, and the lawsuit also accuses the company of not informing customers of this flaw despite allegedly knowing about it.
