Nintendo 3DS Games REMOVED Without Warning!

Recently some Nintendo DSiware games were removed from the Nintendo 3DS Eshop without any type of warning from Nintendo. There has also been no statement on what happened by Nintendo either. The future of gaming is definitely going digital but that does not seem like a good thing for consumers in my opinion.
