Restaurants and state fail to compromise on COVID-19 restrictions, now decision rests on judge

Approximately 70 restaurants are now suing New York State and officials, hoping to have indoor dining reopen. A week ago, a federal judge said the state and the restaurants had to reach an agreement Monday, but that did not happen.
