After my brother died, I was in a very, very, very deep depression. I was very outgoing before he died, but after he left us unexpectedly, I almost lost my mind. I started going to a local cigar lounge, and slowly, I became social again. Cigars, saved my mental health, and life!
Please don't start smoking it's not good for you!
