The Fried Pork with Fennel 茴香炒肉

The Fried Pork with Fennel is a very tasty and great dish for people who like fennel. The Fennel is a great herb and scent in China. My grandma always made some scent bags for her grandchildren before Dragon Boating Day. It never stopped until I left the village for high school , university and graduate school. It’s kind like a perfume. My grandma believe that it can keep the evils away from her grandchildren when we wear the fennel scent bags.
