The Secretarybird 🤍💥

The Secretarybird, like all birds of prey, has phenomenal hunting abilities.

They stomp their prey to subdue it before swallowing it. Their prey usually comprises lizards and snakes, though large insects, birds and small mammals will also do.

Studies have shown that the Secretarybird can "stomp" with a force equal to five times its own body weight, using a sharp, downward chop to hit with the sole of the foot.

It relies on superior visual targeting to determine the precise location of the prey's head, as said by one of the knowledgeable employees
