Denied to see the doctor due to a mask!

I was there to see about a rash on my face and they said they cannot see me without a mask on my face.How tge heck is the doctor going to assess the rash on my face if I'm wearing a mask!I gave her the incorrect phone number as he can not treat me over the damn phone!
