Gino Recchia NBC26 Weather Forecast
Your New Year's Eve will be dry and quiet. Overnight lows will be in the low-teens with light winds. To kick off the new year, we will have mostly cloudy to overcast skies. A storm system will mainly pass south of us, but there could be some stray snow showers that scrap parts of Sheboygan and Fond du Lac Counties. Any accumulation should be limited to a dusting if any accumulation does occur.Highs will be around 30. The weekend looks pretty nice with highs in the lower to mid 30s under mostly sunny skies. This trend will continue into next week which will slowly melt the snow pack we've developed in the last couple of days. Long range temperature projections are showing above average temperatures continuing into the middle of January. This is not the news you want to hear for all the snow lovers out there.
