MagicJack Bug

This is a video I made to describe a problem I was having with my magic jack. The audio was cutting out right when the advertisement changed. I was on hold with verizon and you can hear the hold music and messages break up around 0:10 and 0:16. The tech support told me to go to task manager and set the priority of the magicJack.exe process to "High". That solved the problem (at least for now).
