NOTE: I had already paid for this product when I went back to video the $10 dollars left for the $8.00 cold meds, it is mine at this point and he is trying to take what is mine. He forbid the cashier from ringing it up, that I can do nothing about but I went back to video the money I left and the product it was paying for when he tried to take it from me.

He did tell me to put my F--ing mask on at the .22 mark.

The young guy with the mask on is the culprit that came looking for me, no one else was around at the time.

I was reading a label on a generic Nyquil bottle, no one around I could see, a worker searched me down standing two end caps away ask about a mask.

Me: I don’t have one
Him: I will get you one
Me: I will not wear one
Him: Yes you will or you need to leave the store
Me: I will not wear one and I will not leave the store
Him: We will not serve you/ring you up
Me: How much is this?
Him: IDK
Me: I will find out and pay you, you idiot
Him: You will not leave the store with that product and called me the idiot.
Me: I will pay you and I will leave with this product

I walked to the register and he is whispering something to the cashier, presumably, do not ring him up w/o a mask. He laid a mask on the counter and said put on the mask and we will ring you up. I said no and took photos of the product and the 10 dollars to pay for this 8.00 dollar item, I will leave the entire 10 for the 8 dollar item.

I turned to walk out and thought a video would be better, I went back and as I was rolling video he physically grabbed the item to take it out of my hands, I bit of tug-a-war, it was not a light snatch, he had a good hold on it. After an exchange another cashier came up to the register behind me and said sir I will ring you up. Below is the little video I have of the incident. I go in here often and never any incident. The problem worker said, let him ring you and you stay away from me. You do see they have Plexiglas up.

I laid more then enough money on the counter and walking out when I went back to video, at that point the medicine was MINE and he tried to take it from me.

Another person called in to complain of his treatment of a person and wrote the text below. He is now taking this to another level and accusing me of theft.

"The manager Shawn (not GM) disputes what the video shows. I called him a liar. I told him he was Harassing the customer and tried to jerk the product out of a customers hand. I said you’re the one that was the problem Mr. Manager Shawn

He says the customer was Harassing him and trying to steal the product. I again called him a liar and laughed at him. Looks like he’s trying to cover his own butt.

I told that baby boy Manager Shawn (Not GM) that the video shows the customer laid plenty of money on the counter and you refuse to wait on him because he wouldn’t follow your demand to wear a mask."
