Hand & Knee Leg Extensions No Equipment required Home Workout

Start on your hands & knees or table top of you are familiar with yoga postures. Your hands should be stacked under your shoulders and flat on the floor fingers open. Keep your neck at neutral alignment, chin tucked and eyes gazing down. Engage your core by drawing your belly up into your spine, away from the floor. Continue to keep your belly engaged while preforming the exercise. Raise your left left leg straight out behind you. Begin to raise your leg up and down while also engaging your glutes. Continue to do this for 60 seconds each side resting only to set up opposing leg. This can be done in addition to any of my other workout poses. 3 reps each side is ideal.
